A. This is very important question for those people who has left there last job and apply for other one. In answer you must avoid to criticize the people and and your ex Boss. It will be bad impression about you and don,t say them "I want to earn money" rather you should say" That I have left the last job because there was not any opportunity to do something new something different from the other people"

A. Be careful if they give you some task about the hurdle because most of the question they ask are of double meaning and be patient during the whole interview. In answer of this question you will prove that if during the job you face any trouble or obstacle how you will handle that one because they are going to hire you that you will run there Company after all .
